We can personalize a wedding package to meet your specific needs if necessary.

Full Service Wedding Package:

Our inclusive, premium planning package is designed to help you each step of the way on your path to creating the most memorable event possible. It is for the bride and groom who has no time for the planning, or would rather have a professional coordinator handle all the details. Your coordinator will be your personal assistant throughout the entire planning process, ensuring that every detail has been given special attention.

This package includes, but is not limited to the following:

Creating a detailed and realistic budget
Creating a personalized timeline and checklist
Budget Management - update throughout planning
Suggestions for theme and colors
Vendor recommendations and assist with selections
Review and confirm vendor contracts
Assistance with hotel arrangements for out-of-town guests
Monthly reminders and status check on your planning progress
Correspondence with your vendors throughout the planning process
Unlimited contact via email and/or phone (during regular business hours)
Etiquette advice
Coordinate bridal party at rehearsal
Oversee complete set up and break down of event
Distribute flowers to bridal party and family members

Day of Coordination Package:

This package is for the bride and groom who want to plan their wedding but don't want to handle the details the day of. Your wedding day coordinator will pick up where you left off and ensure the your wishes are fulfilled by your contracted vendor. Your coordinator will meet with your approximately 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day to become familiar with your plans and contracts. Your coordinator will also assist in directing your ceremony rehearsal, ceremony and reception.

This package includes:

Unlimited phone calls (during regular business hours) and emails
Phone meetings with all vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding
Timelines for ceremony and reception
Wedding Day Coordinator (up to 8 hours)
Attending and directing rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
Site visit and walk through
Greeting and directing guests
Cueing the wedding party
Overseeing setup of vendors
Ensuring proper placement of place cards, favors and programs
Distribute your final payments to your vendors
Act as a liaison between couples and vendors
